Issue #344: supporter edition

How's things? I hope you're well. I'm considering some changes to Thought Shrapnel, which you've probably already seen via Patreon, but which I'll briefly outline here, too:
  1. Keep the same number of links per week but change the frequency and type of posts.
  2. End the two-tier system for supporters and regular subscribers
  3. Enable comments
