Issue #369

26th January 2020

This week I've been in Barcelona and London working on Moodle and We Are Open Co-op stuff, respectively. The MoodleNet demo went well, and I published an article explaining the what and why of federated social networks at Moodle News.

I'm enjoying the replies people are sending me after they receive this newsletter. Keep them coming! I appreciate your thanks, but the best way to thank me is to share Thought Shrapnel with your networks and/or consider becoming a supporter 🙂

It looks like I'm going to have plenty of co-op work in the next few months, and I'm also looking for some pointers around book publishing. People are slowly confirming my hunch that self-publishing is likely to be the best option!

This week's article, microcast, and link roundup is the usual eclectic mix reflecting my 'weird internet career' (which is also the name of a link in said roundup...)
